This Privacy Policy explains how private practice NEM-O and its care providers process your personal data when you use the website www.praktijknem-o.be (“Website”), when providing the services offered through the practice (“Services”) and how cookies are used on the Website.

Private practice NEM-O processes your personal data in order to offer and invoice you for the Website and Services relating to
psychodiagnostics and other mental health care. This processing is necessary in order to execute the agreement between us. The processing of medical data is part of the provision of health care.

Private practice NEM-O is legally obliged to process certain personal data, for example in the context of accounting obligations and, where applicable, the provision of care (RIZIV). This processing is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations.
