You can schedule an appointment in our online agenda. If it’s your first appointment, you can register for an intake. You don’t need a referral.

Follow-up appointments for psychodiagnostic assessments are scheduled together with the assessor.

Please note: when you book an intake as a new client, we always ask for payment in advance! This can be done by bank transfer. We do this to avoid no-shows. The appointment is only definitive when payment is received within 48h after booking.

If you, as a client, unexpectedly fail to show up for a follow-up appointment, we are forced to charge you FULLY. You can cancel your appointments at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email. For late cancellations (less than 48 hours in advance), we charge half the scheduled fee. If you fall ill unexpectedly, we require a certificate from your GP.
When a quote is provided for a psychodiagnostic assessment, we request a deposit for the test sessions and test forms. The remaining balance is due before the feedback session.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Payconiq on your smartphone, or through QR code. Cash is accepted, but not preferred.

Does my family need to be involved?

Short answer: no.
Information about you as a child might be useful, but if you’d rather not involve your family, or if you are for any reason unable to, this is certainly not an issue.

Is there a long waiting list?

You can usually book an appointment for an intake within 4-6 weeks. Assessment can usually start within 4-8 weeks after the intake.
